HubbleField is an information-only platform. We are not FCA-regulated, we do not facilitate transactions, and we do not sell personal data. Governing law: England & Wales.
HubbleField (operated by ZP Ventures Ltd, England & Wales) is the data controller for personal data processed through this platform. Use contact@hubblefield.com for general questions and privacy@hubblefield.com for formal privacy requests or rights exercises.
We collect: (a) account information: email address and any profile details you provide; (b) listing data: company information, metrics, documents, and raise details submitted by founders; (c) intake information: waitlist submissions, notify-me requests, contact-form messages, and product-feedback responses; (d) usage data: server logs, IP addresses, and (with your consent) GA4 analytics events. We do not collect payment card data, and we do not use tracking pixels outside of your explicit consent choices.
We process personal data on the following bases: (a) Contractual necessity: to operate your account, process listing submissions, and send transactional product emails (e.g. magic-link sign-in). (b) Legitimate interests: to maintain platform security, prevent fraud, and improve the product using aggregated analytics (where consent has been given for GA4 data). (c) Consent: for marketing communications and analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner or by emailing privacy@hubblefield.com. (d) Legal obligation: where required by UK law.
Account and listing data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 90 days after deletion. Server logs are retained for 30 days. Intake submissions (waitlist, contact, feedback) are retained for 24 months or until you request deletion. GA4 event data is subject to Google's own retention settings (default 14 months). You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data (Subject Access Request); rectify inaccurate data; request erasure (right to be forgotten); restrict processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@hubblefield.com. We will respond within one calendar month.
Some of our infrastructure providers (AWS, Google, Cloudflare) process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or Standard Contractual Clauses. Full details are available on request.
If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by telephone on 0303 123 1113.
